Open communication, quality control and training are important aspects of our safety program. Safety managers spend time in the field inspecting our large fleet and job sites on a routine basis and conducting regular meetings with employees. When safety concerns are presented, the safety department evaluates solutions with consideration to industry best practice, legislation, regulations and practicality.
Quality control is the means by which we ensure that construction complies with the requirements of the client contract, including both on-site and off-site work. Materials are inspected for correctness and condition upon receipt and in preparation for a job. We believe that anything worth doing is worth doing right, the first time.
